Life’s too short to give fucks to people who aim to crush the very essence of your being.

Those who truly love us will never hate us for being the best possible version of ourselves. If anything they’ll cheer us on. My wife is an excellent example of this; while she misses her husband, she sees who I am, and who I needed to become. She’s even recently told me that she feels privileged to be a part of my transition, and by proxy, the transitions of so many new friends we’ve found within the community.

That’s love, and love means never having to live in someone else’s box.
